⚠️ SERVER WARNING: Indiaserv is a marketplace for gamers, coaches, and teammates. We do not employ these gamers. We are a technology platform and escrow agent. We do not control human behavior, game servers, or publisher policies.
🧾 ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
Age Requirement
• Sellers (Gamers): Must be 18+ years to register and receive payouts.
• Buyers: Users under 18 may book services only with parental/guardian consent. By allowing a minor to use your account, you assume full liability.
One Account Per Human
• You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, abuse referral programs, or evade bans.
• Violation: Permanent IP ban + wallet forfeiture.
Account Security
• You are responsible for your login credentials.
• Indiaserv is not liable for compromised accounts due to weak passwords or phishing.
🎮 SERVICES & GAME COMPLIANCE
What We Allow

• ✅ Duo/Squad Play (Friendly or Ranked)
• ✅ Rank Assistance (Playing with the buyer)
• ✅ Account Piloting (Playing on the buyer’s account) — AT YOUR OWN RISK
What We Do NOT Allow
• ❌ Boosting services that violate game publisher terms when reported with official proof
• ❌ Selling ingame currency, skins, or items
• ❌ “Win trading” or matchfixing
• ❌ Using hacks, aimbots, scripts, or any unauthorized thirdparty software during paid sessions
Publisher Compliance
• You agree to respect the Terms of Service of Krafton (BGMI), Riot Games (Valorant), Microsoft, Sony, Steam, and all applicable game publishers.
• Indiaserv is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any game company.
🛡️ THE “ZERO TOXICITY” CODE OF CONDUCT
This is the most important rule of our server.
Prohibited Behavior
• 🚫 Abusive Language: Slurs, hate speech, excessive swearing, or targeted harassment
• 🚫 Creeping: Unwanted romantic/sexual advances, especially toward women or minors
• 🚫 Griefing: Intentional feeding, going AFK, or sabotaging a paid session
• 🚫 Doxing: Sharing another user’s real name, address, or personal information
Consequences

Reporting
• Buyers must provide screenshots, chat logs, or screen recordings within 24 hours.
• Verbal complaints without evidence will not result in action.
💰 PAYMENTS, ESCROW & COMMISSIONS
No OffPlatform Payments
• All payments must be processed through Indiaserv’s payment gateway.
• Asking a buyer to “GPay/PhonePe/PayTM directly” to avoid commission = Immediate ban + forfeiture of ALL earnings.
• We use payment tracing tools. We will catch you.
Escrow Holding Period
• When a buyer pays, Indiaserv holds the funds.
• Funds are released to the seller 24 hours after session completion, provided:
No dispute is raised
The buyer marks “Session Complete” OR the autorelease timer expires
Commission Structure
• Indiaserv charges a platform fee (1025%) depending on seller tier.
• This fee is nonrefundable, even in disputes, as it covers transaction costs and platform maintenance.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• Indiaserv does not store cash or UPI balances. The wallet is a transactional record only.
📅 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Seller NoShow
• If a gamer does not join the session within 10 minutes of booked time:
• Buyer receives 100% refund
• Seller receives a strike on their profile
Buyer NoShow
• If a buyer does not join within 10 minutes:
• Seller is paid 50% of the fee as compensation for reserved time
Technical Issues
• If a session is cancelled due to game server outages (BGMI down, Valorant maintenance, etc.):
• Booking will be rescheduled OR fully refunded at buyer’s choice
Cancellation by Seller
• Sellers may cancel up to 2 hours before booked time without penalty.
• Late cancellations (under 2 hours) count as a NoShow.
⚠️ ACCOUNT SHARING & PILOTING RISKS
This section exists to protect YOU. Read carefully.
Account Piloting (Solo Push)
• If you hire a gamer to log in to your account and play on your behalf:
• YOU ASSUME 100% OF THE RISK.
• Indiaserv is NOT LIABLE for:
Theft of virtual items, skins, or ingame currency
Account bans issued by game publishers
Changes to your password or email
Any damage to your account reputation
Strong Recommendation
• We strongly recommend Duo Play (playing with the pro) instead of Solo Piloting (giving them your account).
• If you choose to share credentials, change your password immediately after the session.
Publisher Bans
• Many game publishers prohibit boosting and account sharing.
• If your account is banned, suspended, or reset:
• Indiaserv owes you nothing. You were warned.
🚫 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & CHEATING
Sellers are strictly prohibited from:
- 🔴 Using hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, recoil scripts, or any unauthorized software
• 🔴 Smurfing to intentionally destroy lowerranked players
• 🔴 Faking stats, ranks, or K/D ratios to get bookings
• 🔴 Scamming—taking payment and not delivering the session
Buyers are strictly prohibited from:
- 🔴 Filing fraudulent disputes to get free sessions
• 🔴 Harassing sellers after the session ends
• 🔴 Chargeback fraud (reversing payment after session completion)
Consequences for Cheating/Scamming
• Immediate permanent ban
• Wallet forfeiture
• Blacklisting from the platform
• Legal action for financial fraud (if applicable)
📝 CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
User Content License
• By uploading gameplay clips, voice notes, profile photos, or reviews:
• You grant Indiaserv a nonexclusive, royaltyfree, worldwide license to use, edit, and display this content for:
Marketing and advertising
“Top Plays of the Week” features
Social media promotion
Platform improvement
Platform Ownership
• The Indiaserv name, logo, design, code, and branding are exclusive property of Indiaserv.com.
• You may not copy, replicate, or build competing products using our intellectual property.
⚖️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We connect humans. We cannot control humans.
Indiaserv is NOT liable for:
- ❌ Matches lost during coaching sessions
• ❌ Emotional distress, tilt, or frustration caused by teammates
• ❌ Internet lag, ping spikes, or ISP issues
• ❌ Game publisher bans, suspensions, or account resets
• ❌ Toxicity from other users (though we will ban them)
• ❌ Lost virtual items or ingame currency
• ❌ Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our Maximum Liability
• In any circumstance, Indiaserv’s total liability is limited to the value of the specific booking transaction.
• We are not responsible for lost potential earnings, tournament winnings, or streaming revenue.
🛡️ INDEMNIFICATION (Your Legal Shield)
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Indiaserv.com, its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any game publisher’s Terms of Service
• Your conduct during gaming sessions
• Any disputes between you and another user
Why this matters: If a banned user sues you because they lost their Valorant account, this clause makes them pay your legal fees if they lose. Keep it.
🔞 USERS UNDER 18
- Indiaserv is not intentionally designed for minors.
• Users under 18 may ONLY book sessions with verified parental consent.
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for all activities on their child’s account.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If discovered, the account will be deleted immediately.
📩 DISPUTES & CONTACT
If a session goes wrong:
- Do not complete the order.
• Go to your Dashboard → Bookings → “Report Problem”
• Submit within 24 hours of the session
• Attach screenshots, chat logs, or video evidence

🔄 CHANGES TO TERMS
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

By registering or using Indiaserv.com, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• You are responsible for your own behavior.
• You understand the risks of account sharing.
• You will treat other gamers with respect.
• You will not exploit, scam, or harass others.
• You are not entitled to a refund simply because you lost a match.
